1) You can acquire keys through clearing puzzles. Collect the keys to obtain the next level of rewards.
2) When purchasing TANY Pass, you can receive various products including [j-hope, Jimin, Jung Kook’s No More Dream set] depending on reward level.
3) You can immediately acquire the next level of rewards by purchasing ‘Progress’.
4) Benefits of having a total of 8 maximum hearts and being able to claim TANY PASS exclusive rewards are available after purchasing TANY PASS for the TANY PASS sales period.
5) You still can receive unclaimed rewards from the previous season at [Previous Pass].

TIP
- If you acquire an outfit you already own from the Lucky Box, you will be compensated with 1 Lucky Box Ticket instead.
- If you already own every available S grade Costumes when exchanging Lucky Box Mileage points, you will not be able to earn Mileage rewards. Mileage will not be used and can be used for the next Chance ↑ event.
You can acquire the new rewards at the next Chance ↑ event when new Mileage rewards become available.
✔ Shop information
- You can check the probability information of stochastic paid items from the [Probability Information] button in the store or from the Help.
- When purchasing a resource product, it is added to your account immediately. When purchasing a package, it is sent to the Message Box.
- Message Boxes can store up to 100 items.
- When purchasing more than 100 package items, items already in the Message Box will be deleted. Please be sure to collect all your Message Box items immediately after they arrive to avoid any issues.
- The package is consist of the costume and the puzzle item. The character stage and background effect are for displaying and they are not included in the package.
- The costumes of the members in BTSIsland were designed by referring to the actual members' outfits, but there may be differences from the actual clothes. Also, the number of costumes may vary depending on the outfits worn by the members.
- When a new product is added, we will notify you through a separate notice.
